Lazarus Institute
Sarasota Family YMCA's Lazarus Institute is a fully equipped training center, which is available to meet the training needs of YMCA staff and other community organizations. The Institute not only provides the space and equipment to conduct effective trainings but is also a resource for training development and delivery.

The Lazarus Computer Lab is available to conduct training on Sarasota Family YMCA applications. This Institute also offers basic classes for many of the Microsoft applications (MSWord, PowerPoint etc.)

The Lazarus Institute wants to meet your needs. Training modules can be modified or developed to meet specific needs of the audience and can be conducted at your location.

Training

Preventing Harassment in the Workplace (Non-Supervisory) - 1.5 Hours
Preventing Harassment - Non-Supervisory Staff


Weekend - New Employee Orientation - 6 Hours
Weekend NEO for staff who are unable to attend during the week.


New Employee Orientation - NEO - 8 hours
Required Training for All New Staff


NEO - Social Service - 7 hours
Required Training for all New Social Service Staff


Preventing Harassment in the Workplace - 2.5 Hours
Required Training for All Supervisors
